TAG TEAM System
 The TAG TEAM Marketing Black Business Building System (called "TAG TEAM System" for short) is the step-by-step system that TAG TEAM Founders Delxino & Deborah Wilson de Briano created and used to build a predominantly Black network marketing team of over 230,000 distributors, and generate hundreds of millions of dollars in sales of products and services worldwide. The system is used to broadly market products and services and is specifically tailored to the Black community. The TAG TEAM System gained wide popularity because of its success and is being used today by many Black people in various industries.
Through many years of developing the system, using the techniques in business, and teaching thousands of students, Delxino and Debbie have refined the TAG TEAM System down to a science. They have also perfected the training methods necessary to teach the TAG TEAM System.
The TAG TEAM System is very precise, and includes step-by-step business building techniques for building a Black business. It consists of hundreds of business building techniques which must be learned and applied in the correct order. When applied effectively, a person using the TAG TEAM System can produce PHENOMENAL results in business.
As a student of TAG TEAM University, you can progress through each step of the TAG TEAM System, in the proper order. You can take private lessons with an instructor or enroll in our online training program. Levels of the TAG TEAM System
The TAG TEAM System is divided into several training levels. At each level, you learn skills, perfect them one at a time, and then apply them to your business. When you complete a level successfully, you then move onto the next level.
Training in levels 4 through 7 are only available to members of the Black Star Opportunity who earn those levels, as they require intense delivery and daily monitoring of business production from our instructions. It is therefore necessary for students of these levels to be working in the same business as our instructors.

Level 0 consists of all the things you need to do to establish yourself in business (get yourself set up and ready for selling) using the TAG TEAM System. If you were building a house, Level 0 would be like pouring the cement to lay the foundation that the first floor is built upon.
Over many years of Black business building, Delxino and Debbie found that if certain items were not completed up front, students would have a hard time succeeding in business. Level 0 concepts, exercises and skills will give you the foundation of the TAG TEAM System, get you in the right mindset to begin the journey through the levels of the TAG TEAM System, prepare various aspects of your life for business, and establish you in business in your community.

Selling is the basic skill that underlies all business. No money is made in any business until something is sold.
At Level 1, you learn how to sell products and services to Black consumers. First you learn all of the basic concepts. Then, you learn the selling techniques. Selling is broken down into several easy to follow steps. You learn each step and then practice them, in specific order. You participate in sales drills that help you to apply the techniques in a wide variety of situations. These sales drills are priceless, help to ensure that you are prepared for just about any situation you may encounter when selling.
As you continue to practice the drills, you will gain increasing confidence in your ability to sell. As you then apply the Level 1 techniques to your business successfully, you will gain great certainty in your abilities.

Team Building is the action of getting others actively involved on your team and producing sales. In the network marketing industry, this step is widely known as recruiting (getting others involved), however, recruiting is just one step in the TAG TEAM System team building process. To get someone truly involved and producing sales on your team involves much more than just getting them to sign up, it includes getting them exposed your program, interested, signed up, trained, selling and producing results.
At Level 2 in the TAG TEAM System, you will learn how to do this. You will learn and practice each step in the team building process, and you will drill them over and over again. Then, you will apply the techniques to your business in order to gain real world results.

At Level 3, you are no longer focused on selling and building teams yourself, instead you are focused on getting OTHER PEOPLE to sell, build teams and advance to leadership positions. At this level, you learn how to get other people to sell and build teams.
Much can be said about Level 3 because the skills you develop here are life-changing to say the least. It is an extensive level. You will learn how to teach Black people, how to help our people overcome obstacles, how to inspire them, how to motivate them to work, how to track their production, how to handle problems that come up along the way, and much more. There are many concepts and techniques to learn, and many drills to practice. Successful application of these techniques in your business, can bring about phenomenal results. |

Level 4 is where you learn how to lead other leaders on your team. Helping other productive leaders succeed takes completely different skills than leading sellers and team builders as you learned in Level 3. Leaders demand a different type of attention and support, and can be motivated by different things.
At Level 4, you will learn how to effectively lead other leaders to success. You will learn how to track their production, anticipate their needs and how to help them stay on path to success. You will learn how to get leaders producing at stellar levels.

At Level 5, you will learn how to go to a new city all by yourself, introduce your business there, and build a team in that area that produces a million dollars in annual sales. You will learn how to build it in 6 months or less.
This level draws heavily on skills mastered in your previous levels, so each level will be thoroughly reviewed and your skills sharpened. Then, you will be taught new, upper-level leadership concepts and techniques. You will then practice several specialzed drills for these techniques until you are confident you can apply them in real life. You will then apply the skills to completion.
Producing a million dollar team is a fantastic thing to accomplish in life. The incredible certainty and confidence that you gain at this level is priceless.

At level 6, you will learn how to help other leaders on your team expand other cities all by themselves. This level involves a completely different type of leadership. Rather than the hands on leadership demonstrated at Level 5, here you learn how to guide other leaders through million dollar expansions from afar. This is high stakes leadership, where your mastery of every technique must be flawless, where your decisions effect the lives of countless others.
The skills you learn and practice here, the patience that you gain, and the experience you aquire at this level are priceless. When complete, you will begin your final level... |

At Level 7, you learn a whole new series of skills that allow you to create and lead new business enterprises using the TAG TEAM System. You also learn about the specific duties and responsibilities that go along with your pending Master Marketer degree. You also begin sharing your knowledge and experience broadly with other Black people all over the world at this level. The training, techniques, assignments and testing at this level are extensive and intense, yet extremely rewarding both personally and financially.
When you complete this level, you will be awarded a Master Marketer degree from TAG TEAM University. |
